# Arthouse Klaviyo — Flow → Template Mapping & Re-pointing Plan

**Rebuilt templates:** `_Email Style System/ft-rebuild-v2-light-2026-06-29/` (10 hand-coded HTML files, light/bright system, approved direction)

## How to read this
Each live flow has a **send-email step** that points at a `template_id`. Today most point at the **old April auto-generated templates**, not anything good. The task is: build each rebuilt HTML as a Klaviyo template, then **re-point the flow's send step at the new template_id** (verify the ID on the flow action, not just the name).

⚠ The two "broken" templates still 422 with the split-block error as of 2026-06-29. We do NOT need to repair them — the rebuilds replace them. Just archive the broken originals so they can't be re-pointed by mistake.

## Cleanup
- **3× "Essential Flow Recommendation_"** (`UyWhxz`, `Wmnb44`, `Y9N4yx`) — unconfigured Klaviyo defaults from Sept 2025. Archive.
- **Decoy library templates** (named but wired to no flow): `UTNXVy`, `SuBxMn`, `WSsS9z`, `QRcUWe`, `SgggQP`, `VnKU46`. Archive after the rebuilds are live so no one confuses them for the real ones.

## Redundancy to resolve (F&T shipped these as near-duplicates)
- **06 Artwork Flagged**, **07 Removed-IP**, **08 Submission Flagged** all carry the same IP-removal copy and map onto just two flows (Artwork Flagged + Submission Flagged). Decide whether "flagged / under review" should be a distinct, softer message from "removed."

## Audience note
These 10 are all **artist-side**. Two other audiences live in the same Klaviyo:
- **Customer / buyer** — has a live `Customer Welcome` flow (`RSPPj8`), no rebuilt template yet.
- **Community member** (hearts art, follows artists, no submissions) — **no flow exists today**. A "something you hearted was selected" type flow would be a new build.
